Project Overview
This project was a referral from the amazing job we did at The Ministry of Sound. This incredible old listed building was renovated into a stunning multi-level office building for some very premium businesses and high end clients. This was always going to be a complex and challenging project.
Three underground vaults with endless protective restrictions around the building. Beautiful old brick pillars and open brick walls. Curved ceilings and no lights. It was a complete start to finish refurb.
Flooring & Mirrors
We provided all the flooring on this project. Protective base layers with tiles, roll and vinyl where required from our Inspace flooring range. Prior to the flooring we re-decorated the areas and had large bespoke mirrors made for the archways in the strength room and made to measure mirrors for the cardio and stretch rooms. These were set off the walls to protect the brickwork with compression fittings and LED lights were installed behind to add that sleek and modern feel.
Fittings & Equipment
The cardio room was fitted with premium Alpha Treadmills, an Inspace Rower, Peloton Bikes and a Spin Bike. The strength space features a bespoke functional rig with dumbbell storage built in, a totally bespoke half rack on an embedded lifting platform, HIIT cardio products and a Dual Pulley. The stretch and yoga studio has a compression fitted wall storage unit, a Swedish ladder and soft stretch floor. One of the most challenging projects but an incredible outcome, well within budget.
