Project Overview
Southwick Leisure Centre came to us looking for a complete overhaul of their fitness facilities. The brief was clear: modernise the space, improve the member experience, and deliver a gym that the local community would be proud of. We delivered a full design, build, and equipment package that transformed the facility from the ground up.
Design & Build
We began with a full design phase, producing 2D and 3D renders to help the client visualise the finished space before a single piece of equipment was ordered. Once approved, we project managed the entire build, overseeing contractors, structural works, decoration, flooring, and AV installation.
Equipment Supply
The finished gym was kitted out with a full range of Inspace equipment including cardio machines, selectorised strength equipment, free weights, and a functional training zone. Every piece was installed, commissioned, and tested by our team before handover.
